Returns & Refunds Policy
Welcome to iwellmobility. We aim to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to help you understand the process and conditions under which returns and refunds can be made.
Return Window
1. Cancel Order: Allow consumers to cancel orders before the unshipped time.
2. Order Age: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders older than 1 month.
3. Return Period: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
Return Conditions
1. Custom Products: Custom products in production with no quality issues are ineligible for refunds or returns. If it is a customized product we will mark it on the product page.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
Processing: Once we have received and inspected the goods with no issues, the refund will be processed and credited back to your payment card within 3-7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
Return Shipping Costs
1. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
2. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that some items cannot be returned due to their nature. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we may offer a refund or replacement. In such cases, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Restocking & Processing Fees
1. if the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be liable for 20% of the value of the order as a handling fee.
2. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to the Company, the consumer shall not be liable for the handling fee.
Special Return Policy
Defective or Damaged: Custom products are not eligible for a refund unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. We provide ample information before you place your order to help you make an informed decision. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
